50th ANNIVERSARY HIT 3000
On September 30th, 1972, Puerto Rican baseball star Roberto Clemente Walker, reached a milestone 3,000 hits. He became the first Latin American and eleventh player to join the 3,000 Hits Club.Fifty years after this historic moment,Puerto Rico continues to celebrate the trajectory of a humanist giant and the exemplary figure he was, inside and outside the diamond.
